The Great Spirit Unveils His Plan to Moses: Exodus 6

As we continue into the story of the children of Akobe in the land of Shem, ancient Africa, particularly in Egypt, the Great Spirit addressed Moses. He proclaimed, “Now you shall witness what I will do to Pharaoh. With a strong hand, he will release the Bantu, and with a strong hand, he will drive them out of his land.”

The Great Creator spoke to Moses, declaring, “I am the Great Spirit. I appeared to Abram, Isaaka, and Akobi by the name of the Great Creator Almighty, but they did not know me as Ahayah. I have established my covenant with them, promising to give them the land of Canaan, the land they wandered in as strangers.”

The Great Spirit continued, “I have heard the cries of the children of Akobe, who are held in bondage by the Egyptians, and I have remembered my covenant. Therefore, tell the children of Akobe that I am the Great Spirit, and I will free them from the burdens and bondage of the Egyptians. I will redeem them with a powerful arm and great judgments.

I will choose them as my people, and I will be their Ruler. They shall know that I am the Great Spirit, their Ruler, who delivers them from the burdens of the Egyptians. I will lead them into the promised land, the land I swore to give to Abram, Isaaka, and Akobi. It shall be their inheritance, for I am the Great Spirit.”

Moses to the Bantus

Moses conveyed this message to the children of Akobe, but they did not listen due to their anguish of spirit and cruel bondage.

Then the Great Spirit spoke to Moses, instructing him, “Go and speak to Pharaoh, the king of Egypt, commanding him to let the children of Akobe go out of his land.”

Moses, feeling uncertain, said before the Great Spirit, “The children of Akobe have not heeded my words. How, then, will Pharaoh listen to me, for I am unskilled in speech?”

The Great Spirit addressed Moses and Aaron, entrusting them with a mission to bring the children of Akobe out of Egypt. These are the names of the leaders of the families: Reuben, the firstborn of Akobe, with his descendants; Simeon and his families; Lewi, including Gershon, Kohath, and Merari, and the generations that followed.

Amram, the father of Aaron and Moses, married Jochebed, his father’s sister, who bore them. Izhar and his family, Uzziel, and his family, and Aaron’s descendants are also listed. The Korahites, the Levite families, and their lineage are detailed.

Moses Worried About the Creator’s Methods

Thus, Moses and Aaron, to whom the Great Spirit had spoken, led the children of Akobe out of Egypt according to their organized groups. They were the ones who spoke to Pharaoh, the king of Egypt, urging him to release the children of Akobe.

These events took place when the Great Spirit spoke to Moses in the land of Egypt, commanding him to relay all His words to Pharaoh.

Moses expressed his doubts before the Great Spirit, saying, “Behold, I am not eloquent of speech; how then will Pharaoh listen to me?” We can only imagine, the Great Spirit could only shake his head in bewilderment; the lack of faith the sons of Adam have.
